Great service center and super helpful staff. Had an issue with my 2019 Ram 1500 as I was starting out on a 300 mile trip. Called them just before closing and they were able to get me in right away. The service manager Adam was great getting the problem diagnosed and with follow up after.

I’ve always been wary of dealerships—past experiences left me feeling taken advantage of and overcharged. So I was reluctant to bring my Ram 1500 to Lundgren Dodge Ram of Rutland, even though it was convenient and recommended by a friend. I’m glad I went. From start to finish, I felt treated with respect and fairness. The team quickly diagnosed my truck’s starting issue (a loose nut on the starter), fixed it without upselling or unnecessary repairs, and charged me fairly. It was an honest, straightforward experience—something I don’t take for granted. Big thanks to the team at Lundgren Dodge Ram of Rutland.

Adam and his service team went above and beyond to diagnose and repair our Jeep Wrangler in the short window of time that we needed to return home out of state after a visit in Vermont. His service team stayed late to get the job done and he was pleasant and helpful through the entire process. We would rely on his service department in the future!

Adam the service manager was amazing. My Dodge Ram 1500 broke down on the last day of our vacation. We handled everything over the phone and then he opened up early for me so we could get on the road and head back home. Super nice guy and went way out of his way. Thanks again

I needed help in the service dept. and was given GREAT advice that recommended another business in the area (Interstate Batteries). They, too, were helpful with their advice. Ultimately the issue with my battery was resolved at the service dept. at Lundgrens and done very promptly. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I drive over an hour to go get good service from the Dodge dealership in Rutland.

We began our search for a new car that would fit the needs of our blended family and after seeing a few options, started our weekend at Lundgren's, where we met with Bob Lewis. Bob was great from start to finish. After looking around at a few other vehicles at other dealers, our family decided we wanted to go back and work with Bob. He was super friendly and really sought out something that would work for us. We found a vehicle we fell in love with and ultimately left with. Definitely would recommend working with Bob. It was also much appreciated that Bob, Michelle, and Andrew went the extra mile and stayed with us after hours to make sure all paperwork was wrapped up and we were able to drive our vehicle home that night.

I have bought multiple vehicles, both new and used, from Rutland Auto Group. I just bought a new Ram Rebel and I’m SO happy. After searching for HOURS on the lot, I found this Ram as a suggestion from Jim (who is so awesome and knowledgeable). I got to meet part of the service team and the detailers, which was cool. The experience was so fluid, as it always has been. Michelle in the finance department worked very hard for me to get the best rate. I love my truck and this team of people who are looking to put you in the right vehicle — not just what works best for them. I will continue to buy and service my vehicles here. Cannot say enough good things.

Just ordered a 2024 Rebel. Same as my previous Rebel except that I decided against the air suspension. Rebel rides comfortably, tows with ease, performs well off-road. Good looking ride, too! My experience with sales and service has been terrific.

Just a regular service, lube, oil, filter, it happened that a backorder recall part had arrived so they found time to install that. I have always had a great experience at the service dept and this was the same.
